How to Prepare for Home Massage Treatment

Medical Conditions

Please consider any allergies or medical conditions you have because your therapist will need to be aware of this before carrying out your home massage treatment.

Consultation Form

You will receive a online consultation form via text or email before treatment. Please complete the form as soon as possible so that the therapist can tailor your treatment to meet your needs. Please note your therapist will not be able to carry out the home massage treatment unless a Consultation Form is completed.

Shower

Please shower before your home massage treatment so that the essential oils can be applied to clean skin and absorbed fully into the skin.

Make Space

Please decide on a room for the massage to take place and make enough space for the massage therapist to set up the massage couch. The therapist will need enough space to move around the couch. The couch will be disinfected before or upon the therapists arrival.

Covid-19 and Hygiene

Due to Covid-19, Colds and Flu your therapist may wear a mask throughout the massage treatment. You may wish to wear a mask when you are face up on the couch. However, this is not in anyway compulsory for either client or therapist.
